LA VIE ™ PLANT-BASED SMOKED HAM PIZZA

Vegan pizza dough (homemade, for the hard-working piggies)
3 slices of La Vie™ Smoked Ham
150g of vegetable mozzarella
1 tin of peeled tomatoes
A few basil leaves
Olive oil

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 220° in traditional oven mode. It should be very hot when you put the pizza in the oven.

Step 2:

Drain the tomatoes and blend them coarsely. If you don't have a blender, mash them with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3:

Cut the ham into small pieces to arrange on the pizza.

Step 4:

Roll out the pizza dough, pour in a ladleful of tomato sauce and spread out.
Then arrange the ham and vegetable mozzarella and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5:

Place the pizza in the middle of the oven and leave to cook for around ten minutes, or until the dough starts to turn golden brown.

Step 6:

Once out of the oven, arrange a few basil leaves, and enjoy!


Tips :
You can also arrange the ham on the pizza after baking.
