Lay the bacon lardons flat and brown for 2 minutes. Turn over and leave for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
NB: They must be cooked, before adding them to a preparation (quiche, pizza, etc.).
Store in the freezer at -18°C. Unused products should be thrown out.
